I work directly with Chef's engineering, operations, and customer support teams, enabling them to continuously deliver high quality software and services at velocity. I also work with Chef's customers as a DevOps transformation coach to develop their ability to deliver quality software aligned with customer need. I am currently coaching large banks and trading firms in Europe, South Africa, and New Zealand.
As a practice coach I help engineering, digital, and traditional IT teams acquire and grow DevOps, Lean and Agile capabilities. I work with engineering leaders (CIO, CTO, Digital, Engineering Managers) to get closer to their customers, reduce scope, complexity, and time to market, reduce waste, and increase the quality and value of the code they ship.
I provide coaching and training to engineering managers and leaders at Chef focused on People Development, Lean and Agile Training, Mentorship, and Facilitation. I also partner with Chef's Employee Experience team to deliver experiential coaching to managers, management training, Agile, Kanban, and XP training and coaching.
I speak and train publicly on Software and People Development, DevOps, Lean, Agile, and Mindfulness.
